Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated, so you only pay the difference.
No. All plans are pay-as-you-go with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Annual billing simply gives you a 20% discount for paying upfront.
At the end of your trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue using ashdub. If you decide not to subscribe, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. No credit card is taken during the trial.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, we offer a full refund -- no questions asked. For annual plans, we prorate refunds based on the remaining months.
